Just a couple of words to tell you how pleased I am with the response of your company.  My son is a freshman at ASU in Tempe, AZ.  Setting up his water delivery was very comfortable and "user friendly".  Nothing was confusing, there were no hidden costs, and the staff was efficient and helpful.  As well, the service was on time and easy for my son to access when necessary.  Voicemail messages were promptly handled by return phone calls.  Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond his control, our son was forced to vacate his room.  At that time, a wonderful employee, Cece Hopkins, helped me to remove his name from the account and even took time to sympathize with me during a difficult time.  She was not just efficient and sharp - 2 qualities that are UNHEARD of today - she was kind and caring.  I cannot say enough good things about Valet Today.  Thank you.
